Monthly prizes and an end of the summer raffle!

Requirements to be entered into the monthly giveaway:

Read 15 minutes 5 out of 7 days of the week
Record your minutes each day on the reading log
Record your total minutes for the month and have your parent sign
Email your reading log to summerreading@smiledoctors.com by 11:59pm the last day of the month (June 30th, July 31st, August 31st)
The monthly prizes are broken up into age groups: 5-9, 10-14, and 14+
Each month you participate not only gives you an entry for the monthly prizes but also the end of the summer raffle

If you read every day of the month you will receive an extra entry for the end of the summer raffle! You have the potential to have up to 6 entries into the raffle!
